We stayed in the room called Monét. The room was spacious, with a small balcony, on the second floor. The room had AC, a closet, fridge, kitchenette, safe, smart TV (with Netflix). Location was very good, central, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance from the closest beach. There was free drinking water, as the tap water is not drinkable. There was 5 USD breakfast, which was basic, but perfectly fine. The beds were comfortable. Internet worked fine. There were no bugs or insects.

I loved that there was 24 hour check-in available since my flight came in around midnight. The reception clerk was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the optional (additional $) breakfast in the morning. Overall, for the price point, this apart-hotel exceeds expectations. It's a budget hotel; however, it was clean, the decorations fun, and it was close to some really great restaurants and public access to the Playa Cortecito.

We lived in this area for 7 yrs and were looking for a place in a good location to walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and the beach. This is it! Five minutes and you're there. Very clean and the water pressure is strong and water is hot. Nice breakfast for a low cost as well if you'd like to add it. This is not fancy, but it suits our needs perfectly, and I love how each room is named after an artist and decorated with their work. Alex is a very helpful manager, and he speaks several languages well. We will stay here again. Also it is a very quiet area which is difficult to find anywhere in this town. So a good night's sleep is possible.

It was nice and central in the town with nice stores close by. The food in the surrounding area was great. It was very enjoyable to sit on the roof of the hotel and indulge in a locally made cigar and rum.

It was my second time in RD and second time I choosed this hotel and I was very satisfied of my stay. Location, staff, cleanliness and breakfast are excellent. Definitely I could recommend it to all travelers.

Very clean and comfortable place for everyone who need relax. Very nice and helpful personel. Breakfast incredibly delicious. Definitely I recommend this hotel.
